In November 2019, OrcaNation announced an exciting investment opportunity for those eager to get behind making positive changes to our planet.

2019 has already been a hugely successful year for OrcaNation with the expansion of our scuba diving operations from Singapore and Rawa Island, Malaysia into the heart of Indonesia. In February, OrcaNation officially partnered with the highly coveted AYANA Komodo Resort, recognised as Komodo Islands’ first five-star resort, closely followed in July by our partnership with Bawah Reserve, a barefoot, back-to-nature beauty nominated as one of Condé Nast Traveler readers’ top 10 resorts in Asia 2019.

Not forgetting the Island of the Gods, OrcaNation is making waves in Bali with a partnership with Origin Seminyak and LuxeNomad. Through these partnerships, OrcaNation is offering holiday-makers (and local residents) the opportunity to learn to scuba dive in the safety and comfort of their own villa pool, as well as taking guests on stunning open water excursions that meet the highest HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, Quality) standards.

Underlying it all, at every opportunity, OrcaNation is talking about how better to protect our planet. We help adults and children learn to dive, teach diving best practice, and educate our students on how to protect marine life while scuba diving. We also highlight the reality of plastic outweighing fish in our oceans by 2050. This desire to change behaviour through increased awareness and knowledge has led to an increase in partnerships for sustainable development, including new strategic partnerships with the Coral Triangle Center, Bali, the leading Institute for Economy and the Environment of the University of St. Gallen, and Subcon, a pioneer of Engineered Reefs.

In addition, OrcaNation is transforming school programmes (including year group camps, ECAs and CCAs) by offering a greater emphasis on conservation education initiatives. These intelligent educational experiences cleverly adapt to fit with CSR needs of businesses large and small.

Emerging from a desire to make more positive footprints on our planet, OrcaNation’s core management team now includes Claire Price, as Chief Financial Officer and Kate Poppleton as our Chief Commercial Officer. OrcaNation is also pleased to announce the appointments of Andrew Chalmers and Angelo Roxas to the Advisory Board. Additional recruits also include two senior hires who will focus exclusively on expanding OrcaNation’s school programmes.

To support its radical growth and capitalise on the enormous range of opportunities, OrcaNation, is now offering a special opportunity to invest in this thought-leading world-changing company by participating in its up to SGD $2.5 million convertible note issuance. Is this your opportunity to make a difference?
